How Do I Place An Order?

Simply click on the style(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your basket, and follow the payment instructions.  For special style requests, please email info@slatefiveconcepts.com and we will be happy to work with you to re-create a style using different colors or patterns, using similar quality stones. Also, please note, due to their natural properties, stones may vary slightly in color and shape from the photographs on this website.

 

Shipping 

​​Orders for items in stock will be shipped in 0-5 business days, otherwise we will notify you of timing should an item not be in stock and need to be created. 

 

There is no charge for regular ground shipping. If you prefer expedited shipping, please let us know; additional costs will be applied. When returning items, you are responsible for shipping costs except in the case of defective product returns.

​Returns & Refunds

​We want you to love your mamselle products. If you aren't satisfied, return your item within 14 days and we'll provide you with a full refund or credit for unworn and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and receipt. "Final Sale" items are considered final and not returnable. Of course, we provide full refunds and credit for any defective merchandise.

We strongly advise that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking.   SlateFive Concepts, LLC does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves and is not responsible for any external shipping delays.
